Erica graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2013 with a Bachelorâs degree in Criminal Justice with minors in both Sociology and Italian. She spent a semester in Italy studying the language and learning about the countryâs history. She also spent some time in Spain and Amsterdam. While living abroad and interacting with locals, she learned about the many struggles people face while attempting to come to the United States. Her previous experience in customer service has been invaluable in establishing personal connections with ourpresent clients. After spending much time studying Criminal Justice and Sociology, she focused her attention on Immigration casework to help people in critical situations. She facilitates the firm’s communication with ICE Officers and Detention Centers throughout the U.S. to help families maintain communication with their detained relatives and is our clientâs first point of contact.
