Citizenship

A person is entitled to seek U.S. Citizenship if he or she has been a Legal Permanent Resident for 5 years and is of good moral character during those five years.  A person may apply within 3 years if the legal permanent residency was based upon marriage to a U.S. citizen and the person is still married.
